Boundary Bay Blue Backs
The Boundary Bay Blue Backs Summer Swim Club (also known as B4) is a member of the BC Summer Swimming Association and runs it's program from May to mid-August each year. We are a fun, family oriented club that competes in swim meets each weekend from June to the end of July.

During the week we have practices fro the various groups of swimmers. We require that a swimmer be able to swim one length of 15 meters unaided in order to join. Assessments are done in May to see if swimmers are suitable for the club. While we are not a learn to swim program, we teach all the strokes associated with swimming. All practices and meets are optional but we use the motto "you get out of it what you put into it". Kids learn self-confidence, reliability and sportsmanship.
