Tsawwassen Tennis Club
Tsawwassen Tennis Club has been in existence for 43 years. It is situated at 286 English Bluff Road and consists of 5 hard courts 3 of which are lit for night play and a club house. It is a private club funded entirely by its members.
Annual membership dues are very reasonable and there is no initiation fee. We have a total adult membership of 190 and 45 junior members. Many of our members play league tennis in the Spring, under the auspices of Tennis B.C. We currently have 5 ladies and 4 men's league teams played at various levels. There is also a mixed league team which plays during the Summer. We have a strong junior program that begins with inter- high school tennis April - June and then tennis instructional programs specifically designed for different ages and skill levels which runs July 1st to Labour Day weekend. We also host the Bob Putnam Tournament in early August a Junior tennis event open to any player in North America.
We pride ourselves on being a friendly club always welcoming new members. We have various drop in playing times for members and our Friday evening socials with food and mixed doubles tennis is especially popular during the Summer.
